I've just joined and not received my login details.
Your login details will be displayed in the welcome screen as soon as you join. You will also have received an email from us with a copy of your login details. This will have been sent from info@equinebusinessassociation.com and it may take 10-15 minutes for it to arrive. If longer than this has passed, check in your spam or junk folder as sometimes we land in there.
If 15 minutes has passed and you still don’t have an email from us, get in touch here.
My password isn't working. What can I do?
The easiest way to get into the members website when you have lost or forgotten your password is to use the Snappy Login Link feature.
Visit https://members.equinebusinessassociation.com/login/ and click the Send me a Snappy Login Link instead. You’ll then be asked to enter your email address and will be sent a link to that email. Click the link in the email and you will be automatically logged into the website.
Alternatively you can reset your password using the Lost your password? link on the same page.

How can I update my credit card information?
Log into the website and then visit https://members.equinebusinessassociation.com/my-account/
If you have a Gold membership, you will see a button on this page to allow you to update the card details we hold on file to bill your membership subscription to.
